Pricing
Landline numbers and call minutesComparing Prices?
Don’t forget the fees!
Some of our competitors charge weekly fees. That’s ok, but it means you really pay more than their quoted price per minute.
Example: You buy 285 minutes from a competitor. You pay $25 listed as 8.7 cents per minute. They also charge you $1.50 per week for your landline number. If you take four weeks to use your minutes, you’ve spent $25 + (4 x $1.50) = $31 for those 285 minutes. That’s really 10.9 cents per minute, 25% more!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I keep my landline number?
Your landline number will remain on your account for as long as you keep it recharged. The number may be removed automatically after two weeks if you have zero call minutes on the number.
If the number is removed you may still be able to recover it, but a new setup fee will apply.
What is your refund policy?
If you purchase a new landline number and are not 100% happy with it, we will refund your setup fee. New landline numbers come with 30 call minutes included so you have a chance to use the service before recharging.
Call minute recharges are not refundable, though we may make exceptions at our discretion if you haven’t used any of the call minutes and the recharge did not rollover any unused minutes.
Are call minutes 'per number' or 'per account'?
Call minutes are applied to a landline number, not an account.
If you have more than one landline number on your account you need to recharge each number individually. You can’t transfer call minutes from one number to another.
Can I change my mobile number after signing up?
Your mobile number is the basis for your account and can’t be changed.
If you have a new mobile number, you can open a new account and transfer your landline numbers to the new account.
Transferring numbers between accounts is a paid service ($3 per number). All your call minutes are transferred with the number.
